What is a reverse job fair? It is the opposite of a traditional job fair, allowing the students to be the focal point showcasing their skills, talents, work samples and certifications. Instead of job seekers going to employer booths, the employers browse students' tables for potential employees. Employers might be looking for talent to fill their open positions for apprenticeships, part-time or full-time employment. The second annual Reverse Job Fair was on March 21 and is a partnership between regional businesses Clinton County RESA, Eaton RESA and InghamISD. #EatonEngage #InghamImpact
