Noelle Duvall Hired as Director of Mental Health & Wellness at Ingham ISD
Noelle Duvall has been hired as the Director of Mental Health & Wellness at Ingham Intermediate School District (ISD). In this newly created position, Duvall will be responsible for supervising and providing support and guidance to mental health staff, monitoring grant funding for mental health programming; and coordinating, organizing and directing support to local districts seeking mental health support services.
Duvall obtained her B.A. in psychology at Michigan State University and a Ph.D. in clinical-community psychology from the University of South Carolina. She completed her internship at The Village for Families and Children in Hartford, Connecticut and a postdoctoral fellowship at Bowling Green State University.
“We are thrilled to have someone of Noelle’s caliber joining the Ingham ISD team,” notes Sandee Donald, Deputy Superintendent for Instruction. “Noelle brings an array of knowledge and experience that will be both beneficial and impactful to the students, families and staff in the Ingham ISD service area,” Donald also noted.
Prior to joining Ingham ISD, Duvall served as the Chief Clinical Officer for the Children’s Resource Center in Bowling Green, Ohio. In this position, she was responsible for the administration of prevention and treatment services across continuum of care. She coordinated implementation and evaluation of grant programs, monitored state and joint commission rules, developed policies and procedures for staff trainings in the areas of documentation, billing and service provision.
