INGHAM PLAY & LEARN GROUPS
Registration Opens: Tuesday, May 13, 2025, at 12:00 noon
Summer Session Runs: June 03 to August 29, 2025, in Four (4) Week Mini-Sessions
All playgroup families must re-register for each new session (Winter, Fall, Spring, Summer). Register for one (1) group only and plan to attend that one group each week. Families who do not attend regularly without informing the Facilitator will be dropped to allow wait listed families to attend. Carefully read through the following details prior to registering.
Groups are Intended for children birth up to age 5 on a first-come, first-served basis for families residing in one of the twelve Ingham ISD School Districts (Dansville, East Lansing, Haslett, Holt, Lansing, Leslie, Mason, Okemos, Stockbridge, Waverly, Webberville, Williamston.)
Groups may be canceled due to inclement weather or staff illness.

Join us for free, fun, interactive activities with trained Parent Educators using the Parents As Teachers Model to provide: Story Time; Music; Singing; Movement; Play Dough; Creative/Art Activities; Sensory Table; Exploration and Peer Interaction and Socialization
Sick Children
Please do not attend if you or your child tested positive for COVID-19, have been exposed to illness, exhibit any signs of illness such as the following within 24 hours prior to Group:
• fever above 100ºF
• vomiting
• diarrhea
• unidentified rash
• discharge from the eyes and/or nose that is not clear
Siblings Over Age 5
Space is limited; please check with your Group Facilitator prior to bringing older siblings.
Inclement Weather & Air Alerts
If the school district where a group is held is closed due to inclement weather, then group (indoor and outdoor) is canceled for that day. If the temperature (with wind chill) is below 15 degrees Fahrenheit, then outdoor groups will be canceled for that day. Check with your group Facilitator for more information.
If the air quality rating is 100 or under, groups will meet. If the air quality rating is over 100, groups may be moved, reduced in time or activity level, or canceled. Facilitators will communicate directly with families.
Register for one (1) group per family.

Groups are for children under age 5. Adults must accompany children at all times.
- Must register prior to attending a group.
- Summer groups meet in four (4) week mini-sessions in June, July or August.
- Do not register for more than 1 group; list all children who will attend.
- Families on the wait list will be contacted when openings in groups occur.
- Do not attend if you have been exposed to illness or exhibit any signs of illness.
- Families who do not regularly attend without informing the Facilitator will be dropped from Group.
