In this podcast, we highlight the essential work of the Human Resources team at Ingham ISD. During the pandemic, they made sure employees continued to receive paychecks, continued on-boarding new hires and learned a lot about the COVID-19 virus, including how contact tracing works, so they could answer questions from staff. Most of this work was done virtually and allowed them to streamline some of their processes which will benefit employees as we move forward. This team banded together to make sure all staff had the answers they needed in a constantly changing environment.
