Shared Network Engineering

Ingham ISD provides advanced network engineering services to local school districts. Districts can access contracted or as needed support to help maintain secure, reliable and efficient network infrastructure.

Hosting & Shared Services

Ingham ISD hosts a variety of shared technology services for districts across the Ingham ISD service area, including server hosting, data center services, shared content filtering and firewall management.

Wireless Network Implementation

Ingham ISD assists school districts with the planning, implementation and support of managed and unmanaged wireless networks.

StarNet

StarNet is a countywide fiber network that connects public school districts across the Ingham ISD service area, providing reliable broadband connectivity and supporting shared technology services.

Applications & Systems

Student Management Systems Consortium

Ingham ISD provides comprehensive support for the PowerSchool Student Information System consortium. Services include training, report development, state reporting, application support, server maintenance and Help Desk assistance for participating districts.

Planning & Collaboration

Peer Technology Audit

Ingham ISD coordinates peer technology audits that help districts evaluate their operational and instructional technology. Participating districts receive recommendations to strengthen technology systems, processes and long term planning.

Additional Technology Services

Ingham ISD also provides technology consulting and other collaborative services based on district needs. We work with local districts to identify cost effective solutions and opportunities to share technology resources.
