Sexual Harassment & Sexual Assault Information Guide

Title IX is a federal law that prohibits sex-based discrimination in any education program or activity receiving federal funding. It ensures equal opportunities for all students, covering areas like athletics, academics and protections against sexual harassment.

Training

Pursuant to MCL 380.1508 (Public Act 57 of 2023), the Michigan Department of Education (MDE) developed age-appropriate informational materials for students in grades 6-12 titled Sexual Harassment and Sexual Assault Information Guide.
