We are looking for a motivated Insurance Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to build relationships, close sales, and contribute to our mission of providing excellent insurance solutions to our clients. Compensation includes a commission-based tier structure (1st tier - 45% on all new and renewal business), with the potential to increase commission splits based on production tiers. Agency High performers earning over $150,000 enjoy higher commission split tiers of 60%, 75%, up to 100% commission, making this a rewarding opportunity for self-starters and business builders.

Requirements
- Hold a P&C insurance license with some sales experience (insurance or other industries)

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer software.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and independently.
- Team player with a self-starter mindset and goal-oriented attitude.
- Strong professional phone and office etiquette.

Agency information - Country Harbor Agency
Superior Brass is a 3rd generation foundry in East Lansing that manufactures brass castings for fire hydrants since 1924.
You will have the opportunity to work with metal casting and foundry equipment to help process brass castings from start to finish. Our castings are mainly used to assemble fire hydrants which are then shipped across the county. We take pride in producing quality castings that help keep people safe.
We start our new hires in our "clean up" department. This is where we clean up metal castings with air tooling, grinding wheels, shot blasters and robots.
We provide on the job training for this physical, yet rewarding, job. This is a potential career entry position.
Communication, dependability and teamwork are a must.

Under general direction of the Maintenance Manager, oversees effective preventative maintenance plans and schedules for all facility equipment and material handling systems.
Ensures effective preventative maintenance plans and schedules for all facility equipment and systems.
Diagnoses Materials Handling Equipment-related error conditions occurring in the Distribution Center and repairs appropriately.
Oversees and provides assistance with any maintenance, modifications, and/or system upgrades of Materials Handling Equipment.
Assesses the efficiency of materials handling equipment and defines necessary modifications.
Manages the inventory of spare parts in a CMMS environment.
Keeps distribution center management apprised of escalating abnormal or critical situations and coordinates resolutions/repairs with outside professional maintenance (if required).
Provides assistance in the configuration, maintenance, modifications, and system upgrades of MHE.
Works with equipment and software vendors on design specifications and improvements.
Develops and solicits bids from vendors for maintenance, janitorial, snow removal, landscape and other contracts necessary to support all building and MHE systems.
Responsible for associate relations functions including directing, supervising and developing a staff of Maintenance Support Specialists.
Associate is required to work split shifts, nights and weekends as well as be on call to respond to downtime events.
Performs related duties as assigned.
Education:
Technical vocational training, or equivalent combination of experience and education.
Work Experience:
Normally requires a minimum of two (4) years related and progressively responsible experience; strong electrical background preferred.
Experience in the development of preventive maintenance programs, and disaster planning.
Skills and Knowledge:
Knowledge of diesel powered back-up generators, electric and diesel fire pumps, air handling units and roof top air conditioning units.
Complete technical and operational knowledge of industrial mechanical components and systems. (Bearings, Pumps, Piping, pneumatics, carpentry, facility integrity…etc)
Complete technical and operational knowledge of industrial electrical and electronic equipment and systems. (single phase motors, 3-ph motors, AC Control equipment, DC control equipment, batteries and DC circuits, NFPA 70e, electrical measuring equipment, power supplies….etc.)
Complete understanding to troubleshoot complex automated systems controlled by computers, programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and microprocessors in a high-volume work environment.
Safe operating practice training for power tools and powered equipment
Complete Metal work capabilities. (measuring, cutting, arc welding, oxyfuel welding, tig welding..etc)
Ability to read, interpret, and create CAD layouts, illustrated parts breakdown (IPB) diagrams, and electrical circuitry diagrams and drawings.
Capable of creating project cost and project analysis reports.
Strong Project Management abilities
Strong organizational skills; attention to detail
Strong prioritization and scheduling abilities
Strong aptitude for repair and maintenance activities
Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to maintain cooperative working environment

Knowledge of building automation system such as Trane Tracer Summit System and Manhattan Associates’ Warehouse Management System PkMS is preferred

- Schedules tests and referral appointments for patients.
- Administers oral and injectable medication. Phones prescriptions to pharmacies.
- Engages and helps promote patient/family teaching as appropriate; and provides an educational environment for patients and patient families.
- Works gaps in care registries to help improve the quality of care.
- Maintains all logs and required checks (i.e., refrigerator temps, medications, oxygen, etc.)
- Maintains practice standards by participating in in-services, committees, etc. May assist in developing and implementing quality control and practice policies.
- Inventories, orders and restocks areas as necessary.
- Maintains and cleans equipment and environmental safety as required.
- Ability to provide clerical services and clinical services as required to maintain an effective practice flow. Cross trained to work both clerically and clinically.
General Requirements
- Must be 18
- MA Certification preferred
Work Experience
- Specialty clinics may require six months specialty experience • Relevant clinical experience within the past 5 years; if no clinical experience, completion of medical assistant program in past two years. • Previous work experience in medical office setting preferred • Experience with an EMR preferred
Education
- High school diploma or GED • Completion of an accredited medical assistant program, including an externship OR a minimum of 5 years of Sparrow medical assistant experience in a clinical capacity
Specialized Knowledge and Skills
- Ability to provide care for patients, which is age specific to their physical and safety needs, psychosocial concerns and educational level. • Necessary visual and auditory acuity required to monitor patient's condition and operate department equipment • Demonstrates a positive team attitude and has interpersonal skills to effectively and appropriately communicate with clients, their families, providers and co-workers. • Ability to work in an EMR environment
