Back to My Future

The Back to My Future event was designed in 2022 as a way to assist Wilson Talent Center graduates that had missed out on college and career planning opportunities due to the pandemic. At the inaugural event, graduates from the classes of 2020 and 2021 had the opportunity to meet with college and career advisors, college and military representatives, financial aid representatives and others in hopes of assisting these students in getting their future back on track.

The 2023 Back to My Future event will be held on Wednesday, March 15 from 6:00-7:30 pm at the Wilson Talent Center. If you do plan to attend, we ask that you pre-register below. Resources for this event will include:

  • College & Career Advisors
  • College representatives from Baker, Davenport, Lansing Community College and Michigan State University
  • Military representatives
  • Mental Health Specialists
  • Financial Aid Assistance
  • State Apprenticeship programs through Capital Area Michigan Works!
  • Teacher Incentive Programs
  • Resume Critiques
  • Many employers looking to hire
