Full Course Guide
Thie Wilson Talent Center (WTC) produces a full Program Guide for students and parents that provides a complete description of program curriculum. This guide provides information on such things as specific skills students will learn in the program, which colleges and/or universities each program has partnership agreements with and what high school credit may be available in each program (local districts award the high school credit, so that is at their discretion).
The Program Guide also provides information on if the student may need to provide their own transportation for the program and the duration of the program (1 or 2 years) as well as if it is offered either in the AM, PM or both.
Many of our students also participate in a variety of professional student organizations such as Business Professionals of America (BPA), Health Occupations Students of America (HOSA) and SkillsUSA to name a few. Information on these organizations, along with which WTC programs participate is also included.
Finally, the Program Guide also has information on the Capital Region Technical Early College, the dates and times of WTC events throughout the year and state and national certifications that are available to students in our programs.
