About

Malcolm Williams School is operated by Ingham Intermediate School District and provides the educational program for the court adjudicated male youth placed in the residential program at Camp Highfields. This partnership between Ingham ISD and Highfields Inc. has been in existence since 1974, providing students from all over the State of Michigan the opportunity to return to their respective communities as contributing citizens.

Malcolm Williams School operates on a 200 day, year-round calendar that is divided into five terms, each separated by a two-week intercession. The focus of the accredited curriculum is to foster academic and personal growth and is accomplished through an emphasis on the core academic areas of Language Arts, Math, and Science, along with learning experiences in the areas of Life Skills and Personal Adjustment.
