1. Create and share to LEAs a template to drive the strategic process for implementation of curriculum or initiatives (i.e. Project Practice, Go Math) to effectively and efficiently provide service to districts in their data needs by Jan 2018 for use in Spring of 2018.

2. To support the 3rd grade reading law components, utilize Illuminate Education to gather and report relevant data to maximize effectiveness and increase capacity of district use of Illuminate Education to improve student literacy outcomes by the end of the 2019-2020 school year.  This will include developing a parent report, a custom report containing necessary student data, and a student intervention plan.

Student Instructional Services

1.  Project Practice - Our one-year goal (ending in May 2018) is to implement Project Practice in 22 building across 9 districts.  This will result in approximately 50-60 teacher coaches and 100 – 150 teacher mentees getting trained in using opportunities to respond (OTR’s) to increase student engagement, implementing effective small group instruction, and problem solving and progress monitoring.

2. NGSX - Provide NGSX Administrator training to 32 participants and complete 5 cohorts series of NGSX training to 150 K-12 teachers representing our entire service area.

Wilson Talent Center

Goal

Status

1. All students attending the Wilson Talent Center will take pre and post college readiness assessments (if not already achieved), (Pre) at the start and (Post) at the end of their CTE program. Any student who does not meet college readiness on the PreTest, will be provided additional instruction/targeted remediation throughout the year, toward meeting college readiness at the completion of their CTE program as assessed in the post assessment.

2.  All students at the Wilson Talent Center will have a post-graduation education/training plan. This plan will include what they need to do upon graduation for post-secondary success to meet their college and career goals.

3. All students at the Wilson Talent Center will be proficient in work habits, this will also include: Resume, Cover Letter, Application and experience in at least one mock job interview
