One of LAMP's goals is for each student to exit the program with a career plan. To achieve this goal, each student, along with his/her parents and core advisor, will continually evaluate the student's like/dislikes, strengths, and interests and help the student find the career pathway that is right for him/her. The student will participate in job shadow opportunities on a monthly basis and will be paired with a mentor to develop a supportive one-on-one relationship and further investigate career opportunities. Each student also exits the LAMP program with a portfolio that displays his/her proficiency level in the requirements of the course. Career Research
