Have an emergency? Need a technical support person fast?

Whenever possible, place Emergency Requests through the tech work order system.

If you're not able to get connected to the network, your PC is locked up, or your lab is down, call the Information Systems Emergency Support Message Center and leave a message. This voice mailbox is monitored Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm.

From on-campus, you can dial the message center voice mailbox directly by dialing 1499*51660. From on-campus buildings and within a technical support person's voice mailbox, you can press *1660 to transfer to the message center voice mailbox.

From off-campus buildings or outside of the district, call (517) 244-1499, extension 1660.

A technical support person will contact you when the message is received. The message center is ONLY for emergencies. For all other requests, please leave a voice mail or e-mail with the individual staff person or complete a work order using the Technology Services/Support Request online system.
