SB-CEUs
Ingham Intermediate School District is authorized by the Michigan Department of Education to approve professional development programs (seminars, workshops, training) for State Board Continuing Education Units (SB-CEUs). Many education professionals require continued learning to maintain their certification. To apply for SB-CEU credit for professional development programs and activities that you offer, please fill out the attached application form and return it to the Ingham Intermediate School District, Human Resources Department. (Please make copies of the blank form for future programs. However, future offerings of the same program can be renewed with an update form, to do so, please call Human Resources as indicated below.) In order to allow time for the approval of the initial application, please submit this application (in typewritten form) to us as soon as possible. This application form can be e-mailed to you. The Michigan Department of Education must approve all programs 30 days before the program’s beginning date. After we receive your application, Presenter Information forms, and the detailed agenda, we will send you the material you will need for the workshop (Participant Information Form, Program Evaluation Form, and the SB-CEU program completion certificate).
