The following tools may prove helpful to schools in their redesign efforts:

 Mapping Your Status: Proposed Requirements – This tool helps schools determine what percentage of their classes align with the new high school requirements, as well as determining the number of students who are exceeding the local requirements and meeting the state requirements.

 Questions to Guide High School Reform – This guide provides a tool to begin the conversations about the new High School graduation requirements and the impact that will have on various stakeholders involved.

 High School Redesign: A Suggested Approach – This tool provided a suggested approach to address the various issues related to high school redesign.

 Career Services and Technical Education Planning Grid – This grid allows students to begin planning for inclusion of CSTE courses in their high school experience as early as the 8th grade.

 Defining the 3R's Matrix – Current definitions of rigor, relevancy and relationships across educational agencies and the literature on high school redesign is presented in matrix form along with synthesis questions.

 Model for Collegial Discussion – This provided a systematic way of proposing items for discussion and action.
