Central Michigan School Maintenance Association (CMSMA) is an organization comprised of Facilities Directors, Maintenance Supervisors, Operations Directors, and Associate members that meet monthly during the school year. Meetings are generally held on the last Wednesday of each month at Ingham ISD, Capital Area Career Center in the Sunshine Cafe. Meetings run from 11:30AM-1:00PM and include lunch.

CMSMA offers members the opportunity to:

• Gain credits for their CFM certification through the MSBO
• Continually update their education in the facilities field through the sharing of knowledge with their peers and presentations made by professional in the facilities related businesses.
• Keep the members informed of current legislative and environmental updates.
