Half Day $40.00

A half-day is defined as anything less than 4 hours and 21 minutes. After 4 hours and 21 minutes, you will be paid for a full day.

After ten consecutive days in the same assignment, the rate of pay increases to $85.00 for a full day and $45.00 for a half day.

After sixty consecutive days in the same assignment, the rate of pay increases to the Ingham Intermediate School District BA1 rate based on a full or half day assignment. In addition, the substitute is eligible for benefits through Ingham ISD on the first of the month following the 61st day. The benefits include health, dental, vision and life insurance, as well as sick time and personal time.
