Federal guidelines require each CTE program to use certain quantitative measures to monitor the quality of CTE programs. These measures are called Core Performance Indicators (CPI), and they consider student academic and technical performance, graduation from high school, placement in post-secondary education, and preparation for the workforce.

Below are the areas in which we are assessed by OCTE standards. They encompass the 3 R's of Rigor, Relevance and Relationships and can be applied to meet the core standards in our technical and employability skills training. These are our guiding goals for school improvement.
