Career Planning and Placement Specialists provide career counseling and job placement to currently enrolled students and Career Center graduates. They assist in career development activities such as Education Development Planning (EDP's) and provide training in job-seeking and job-keeping skills. Placement staff coordinates paid and unpaid work-based learning opportunities for students that include job shadows, field trips, internships, apprenticeships, and job placement. In addition, they may provide assistance or information regarding certification testing, scholarships and post-secondary training.
