Curriculum - Science
Theron Blakeslee supports the field of science in Ingham County through the Ingham Science Network (formerly ISAT), several professional development offerings, consulting with local districts on curriculum, instruction and assessment, and by staying current in the field through contacts with the Michigan Department of Education, Michigan Science Education Leadership Association, Michigan Science Teachers Association, National Science Teachers Association, ASCD, AAAS and the research base in the science education domain.
Science Support Services are available for curriculum alignment and analysis, assessment development and analysis, and inquiry-based instructional strategies.
Analyzing Science MEAP Data - A procedure for analyzing school science MEAP data is available through Ingham ISD.
Accessing Released MEAP Items - Released items from grades 5, 8, and 11 MEAP tests are available on the Michigan Department of Education website .
